The price includes the land plot and freehold title, full villa construction, interior finishing, landscaping and garden, estate infrastructure connection, and residence application support. Furniture packages are available separately through our partner design studios.

All plots at Empathia Village are a minimum of 600 m². Villa Jane and Villa Anna start from 600 m² plots. Villa Georgette is positioned on plots of from 1,500 m². Larger plots and combined plots can be arranged on request.

Yes. Every residence at Empathia Village can be individually adapted. We offer the ability to increase the house area, expand the plot, adapt the floor plan and refine the design in accordance with your personal vision. Our design and construction team will work with you from initial concept through to completion.

Each villa takes approximately 12 months to construct from groundbreaking. The timeline may vary depending on individual customisation requirements. Construction is carried out by Kensington Construction & Development, the estate developer holding a Class 1 construction licence in Seychelles.

Yes. Owners may rent their villa on short or long-term terms. Professional villa management services are available, allowing owners to benefit from hotel-quality rental management and strong year-round occupancy in the premium Seychelles market.
