When is the commission paid?
Commission is paid upon completion of the purchase contract and receipt of the client's initial deposit. Full commission is released upon final payment and title transfer.
Do I need to visit Seychelles to participate?
No. The entire sales process can be managed remotely. We handle all in-Seychelles logistics, notarial work and authority liaisons on behalf of both agent and buyer.
Is there a minimum qualification for registration?
We work with licensed real estate agents, wealth managers, IFAs and relocation consultants. We review each application individually — the key factor is access to qualified buyers.
Can I bring clients to see the estate?
Yes — we actively encourage site visits. We can arrange a private discovery tour for you and your clients, including accommodation and a guided tour of the site and local area.
